To help us understand an issue, please include your iPhone model, iOS version, ResiDays version, what you expected to happen, and the steps that produced the problem. A screenshot is helpful when it does not contain sensitive information.

Please protect your information

Do not email passport numbers, immigration document numbers, account credentials, complete I-94 records, exact photo locations, or other sensitive personal information. A short description or a redacted screenshot is usually enough.
